You will often have companies quoting you their fees “plus disbursements”. Disbursements are searches and certificates ordered from authorities requesting information about the property you are purchasing/selling.

However please beware disbursements can also include phone calls, faxes, paper etc and if your transaction becomes a little more time consuming than the norm, you can find your total fee blow out.

Below is a list of fixed fees that will enable you to budget for, and feel confident knowing that there will be no nasty hidden fees incurred at the end of the transaction.

Please note if any of the above transactions involve an Active Owners Corporation, an extra $175.00 fee may be incurred. All prices include GST.
